Research and Codification

The Institute names, defines, and refines the conceptual territory of its disciplines. Terms used in the IMS lexicon have particular meanings, which are introduced in the lexicon below.

Certification

The Institute trains and credentials practitioners in Transformation Architecture™ and VASTMethod™. These are not competency frameworks... they are certification pathways within a structured intellectual system.

Intellectual Property (IP) Architecture

The Institute produces and supports education in the field of "Architecting Influence" through the development of methods, specific language, philosophies, and certification structures that define the field and expand it over time.

Publication

Four books are in development, each addressing a distinct layer of the Institute's intellectual territory: method, transformation, IP architecture, and designing your business as a movement.
